1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Germany and to EU countries. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• All orders: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
  Please note that delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
