Return & Refund Policy (For Fashion Products)
1. Return/Exchange Timeframe
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the item (based on shipping confirmation).
2. Return/Exchange Conditions
Fashion items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:

100% new, unused, unwashed, no strange odors, stains, or damage.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

Must have order confirmation or invoice number for reference.

Valid reasons include: wrong size, wrong item, manufacturing defects, or damage during shipping.
3. Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Sale items, clearance items, or customized orders (clearly stated at the time of purchase).

Items missing tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
4. Return/Exchange Process

Send product photos, order number, and reason for return/exchange.

5. Refund Policy
