Return & Refund Policy (For Fashion Products)

1. Return/Exchange Timeframe

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the item (based on shipping confirmation).

2. Return/Exchange Conditions

Fashion items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • 100% new, unused, unwashed, no strange odors, stains, or damage.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

  • Must have order confirmation or invoice number for reference.

  • Valid reasons include: wrong size, wrong item, manufacturing defects, or damage during shipping.

3. Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Sale items, clearance items, or customized orders (clearly stated at the time of purchase).

  • Items missing tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

4. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service via [phone/email/Zalo/Facebook] within the return period.

  2. Send product photos, order number, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to: [return address].

  4. We will inspect the item and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Policy

  • For defective or wrongly delivered products: 100% refund or free exchange.

  • If customer requests a return (not due to seller fault): refund will be processed after deducting shipping fees.

  • Refund methods: bank transfer or original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 – 7 business days after we receive and confirm the item meets return conditions.
